See, birth, and foster families supported by their communities.
Ensure children aging out of foster care have the support they need to thrive.
To lead homeless youth out of homelessness and give them the tools to build their dream into a reality.
Increase community involvement and encourage personal responsibility for local disadvantaged, at-risk children.
