John Widrick has been on staff as the Executive Director of The Bridge House since December 2021. He is originally from Binghamton, NY, and has worked with at-risk youth for over 20 years. Before his position as the Executive Director at The Bridge House, John was a Next Gen Pastor at Calvary's Love Church in Johnson City, NY for 9 years, and founded their community center in the heart of Johnson City, NY called The Bridge. John graduated from Hillsong International Leadership College with a focus in Pastoral Leadership and is a credentialed Minister with the AOG. His life mantra is to bring order out of chaos and empower those around him to achieve more than they ever thought possible. John currently serves as a CASA volunteer through Wilson County CASA, is a S.O.A.R mentor for Wilson County Schools, and is a Youth Leader at his local church. John currently resides in Lebanon, TN, with his wife Rachel of 13 years and their three children, Benjamin, Brooklyn, and Judah.
To bring in the New Year, the Bridge House is excited to officially welcome Massiah Spivey to our team! Massiah and his wife Jasmine moved all the way across the country to be a part of the mission and vision here at the Bridge House! His love for creativity, design, and media arts makes him a great addition to our team! Massiah has lived on the East Coast, Mid-West, Central America, and now the great state of Tennessee! We are super excited to have him on the team and are pumped to see what God does in this season of his life!
Michael has served on the board of The Bridge House as the treasurer since 2020. As a lifelong resident of Middle Tennessee, he cares deeply and is passionate about serving our community. Michael has been an active Youth Leader at The Bridge Fellowship Church for over 5 years. He has a passion for youth to be loved, respected, and empowered. Michael is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University and a licensed Mechanical Engineer in the State of Tennessee. Professionally he is co-owner of R&D Services, Inc. in Watertown. In his spare time (HA) you might find him on the lake or golf course in the summertime. He lives in Lebanon with his wife of 14 years Annmarie, and their 10-year-old daughter Ansley.
Patrick Seay has served on the board of The Bridge House since 2020 and is a lifelong resident of Lebanon, TN. He has served on the security team at The Bridge Fellowship Church for 6 years. Patrick is a graduate of Strayer University and is employed by the Wilson County Sheriff’s Office. He has been the School Resource Officer at Walter J. Baird Middle School since 2011. During his time as the SRO he co-founded The Rise Up Boys Club. This is a program to mentor middle school boys that do not have a male figure in their life. During the school day you might find him in the gym for a friendly game of basketball as he builds positive relationships with the students. He is an avid bass fisherman and is on his boat whenever time allows. Patrick has been married 32 years to Pamela, his high school sweetheart. They have 4 children ranging in age from 11-30.
